If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

To ensure customer satisfaction, I will always call to see if substitutions are agreeable. If I cannot reach the customer in the desired delivery time, then I will use my best judgement and follow protocol above.
